Tuned B-Gb-B-Gb-B-Db, which is very slack, so you should use medium-gauge
strings. Andy's version on "Old Hat" is four half-steps (frets) higher, i.e.
tune CGCGCD capo 3rd fret, or equivalent. Actually, I transcribed this based
on Andy's version, but I think the main parts are almost identical except for
the different key.

WARNING: GUITAR STRINGS ARE MORE LIKELY TO BREAK SOONER IF YOU CHANGE
TUNINGS! ALSO, LARGER-GAUGE STRINGS CAN DAMAGE YOUR GUITAR IF IT WAS NOT
  BUILT FOR THEM!

The space between notes in the tablature for the "licks" is not proportional
to actual note lengths, the way I usually am careful to make it, because many
of the hammer-on and pull-off sequences are so fast (32nd notes) that it
would be quite spread out if it were proportional. Also, I haven't really
filled in all the details, but this should get you started. It's really not
too complicated: your left hand has to move fast at times but only has to do
one thing at a time, no complex chords.
